You must have a booking to enter.

Make sure you have downloaded our That Golden Glow app. When you arrive, open the app and have your Bluetooth turned on. Click the check in button.

When you hear the door click push the door open within 3 seconds.

Please deselect the box that says AUTOMATICALLY PICK THE CLOSEST DOOR. 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, try closing the app and restarting the process.

You won't be charged. Simply cancel your booking through THAT GOLDEN GLOW app and make a new one. You can cancel anytime up to 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

1. Undress to comfort and remove all jewellery. 
2. Apply hair net, leaving ears and hairline exposed.
3. Apply barrier cream to feet and hands, including fingernails.
4. Apply sticky feet to undersoles of feet.

Take a look at our Tan Menu to select your preferred shade. You'll find your code there, which you'll need to enter into the blue box located on the wall. When checking in, please follow the same rules as you would at the front door. Once you've scanned into the reader and input your code, the booth will begin warming up. Don't worry, it won't start until you're inside the booth and press the GREEN BUTTON.
